1. These terms

This website is operated by Core Guardian Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Core Guardian," "we," "us"). By using coreguardian.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms govern this website only. They do not govern the Core Guardian platform. Access to the platform, including any demonstration, evaluation, or pre-release environment, is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this website grants you any right to access it.

2. About the information on this site

Core Guardian is a pre-release product. We describe it on this site as accurately as we can, and we maintain an internal standard that every capability described here is one that exists in the product today. Even so:

• descriptions of the product are provided for information and are not a warranty, representation, or commitment that any feature will be available to you, will perform in a particular way, or will continue to exist;
• anything we say about future plans, roadmap, or direction is a statement of present intent and may change without notice; and
• nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a binding quote, or a commitment to provide the product on any particular terms.

We do not claim any certification, authorization, accreditation, or attestation for Core Guardian except where this site states one explicitly and by name.

3. Your use of the site

You may read this site, and share and quote from it with attribution. You may not: use it to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or send anyone anything harmful; probe, scan, or test the security of this site or any Core Guardian system, or attempt to access any part of it you are not authorized to access; interfere with the site's operation, or place an unreasonable load on it; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from it by automated means; or use any content from this site to build or market a competing product.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this site or in any Core Guardian system, report it to security@coreguardian.com. Our disclosure policy is on our Trust page.

4. Information you send us

If you submit a form on this site, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you send us an idea, suggestion, or comment about Core Guardian, we may use it for any purpose, without restriction, attribution, or payment. Do not send us anything you consider confidential or want to be paid for. This does not apply to anything covered by a separate written agreement between us.

5. Our intellectual property

This site, its text, design, graphics, diagrams, and product screenshots are owned by Core Guardian or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. CoreGuardian™ and our logo are trademarks of Core Guardian Inc.

Other product names and trademarks on this site are the property of their respective owners. We use them to identify the products our platform connects to. Their use does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership.

6. Links to other sites

We link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for them and do not endorse them.

7. No warranty

This site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Guardian and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of this site, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions or limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.

9. Changes

We may change this site, or these terms, at any time. Changes to these terms take effect when posted, and the date at the top will be updated. Your continued use of the site means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If the law of your place of residence applies on a mandatory basis despite this section, this section applies to the maximum extent permitted.

11. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding this website.
