Who we are
Core Guardian Inc. is a Delaware corporation. This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through coreguardian.com. It does not cover the Core Guardian platform itself, which is governed by the agreement between Core Guardian and the customer organization whose data it processes.

What we collect
We collect two things, and nothing else.
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site — to request a demo, ask about pricing, or contact us — we collect your name, work email address, company name, your role, your sector, and anything you choose to write in the free-text field. We also record which page you submitted the form from and any campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) present in the link you arrived through.
Information collected automatically. If we enable cookieless analytics, we use it only to count visits and understand which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, does not collect IP addresses in a form that identifies you, and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies of any kind.
This site sets no cookies and does not ask you to accept any.
Why we use it
We use form submissions to respond to your request, to schedule and conduct a demonstration, and to follow up about Core Guardian. We use analytics (if enabled) to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and related correspondence for as long as we are in contact with you about Core Guardian, and for up to 24 months after our last contact. We delete them after that unless you have become a customer, in which case retention is governed by our agreement with your organization.
Your choices
Whatever state or country you are in, you may ask us to: tell you what personal information we hold about you; give you a copy of it; correct it if it is wrong; or delete it.
Email privacy@coreguardian.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, which we will usually do by replying to the email address in our records.
You can stop receiving email from us at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing privacy@coreguardian.com.
If you are outside the United States
We operate in the United States and the information described here is stored and processed there. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our basis for processing your form submission is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and our basis for cookieless analytics (if enabled) is our legitimate interest in understanding how our site is used. You have the rights described above, and you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
We protect information with the measures described on our Trust page. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email privacy@coreguardian.com and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page.
